These Terms govern use of Verify, a verification tool operated by OnaLab that allows users to check the authenticity of documents, credentials, or records.
By submitting a request through Verify, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using Verify with the authorization of an organization you represent, to submit or request a verification.
You agree to use Verify only to check items you have a legitimate reason to verify, and not to submit fraudulent records, attempt to overwhelm the system with automated requests, or use results to harass or deceive others.
Verify checks submitted information against available records at the time of the request. A verification result reflects the data available to us at that moment and is not a guarantee of the underlying item's validity, authenticity, or current status beyond what our records show.
Verify is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on a verification result, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who misuses Verify, submits fraudulent requests, or violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms as Verify evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
